Vintegrated operates as a winery and cidery service and business consultation firm based in the Niagara Peninsula with clients reaching across Niagara, Prince Edward County, and the emerging beverage regions of Norfolk and Grand Bend. The company was started in February of 2020 by Marc Pistor to provide his consulting services to clientele across Ontario.
With Mitchell McCurdy brought on as winemaker, and our team growing over the years, Vintegrated soon expanded to offer complete grape-to-bottle consultation and production services including co-processing during harvest, custom crush, bulk wine sales, custom winemaking, sparkling winemaking, still and sparkling bottling, and private labels.

As one of Niagara’s first commercial wineries, having opened in 1990, Marynissen has deep roots in our Canadian winemaking industry. Home to Canada’s oldest planting of Cabernet Sauvignon vines (1978 planting), Marynissen Estates focuses on continuing to create great wines for great people at great value.
In the fall of 2016, Marc Pistor was brought on as a Winemaking Consultant, soon followed by Mitchell McCurdy in fall of 2018, being named Winemaker in January 2019. With the day-to-day operations now being managed by the new team and relationships being built through Vintegrated’s consulting firm, the concept of Collab was able to flourish. In partnership with Marynissen’s ownership through use of their facility and resources, both businesses are now able to grow together.

Ridgepoint wines
In 1995, siblings Mauro Scarsellone and Anna Gottardo purchased a 20 acre property atop the Niagara Escarpment. As children of Italian immigrants, their passion for wine started as young children seeing their parents and grandparents surrounded by the fruits of their labour in the garden. Scarsellone and Gottardo sought out to challenge the notion that red wines could not succeed in Niagara, and were one of the first in the region to plant the classic Italian varietals Nebbiolo and Corvina.
Thanks to Marc’s friendship with Ridgepoint’s winemaker Ramsey Kahriallah, Marc offered a partnership, giving him access to the winery's bottling line and cellar facilities for Vintegrated's consultation services. Having established his own brand, The Old Tun, in 2016, it was an easy choice to bring Ramsey on as one of Collab’s first brands in 2020, solidifying the Collab collaboration.

After working at Inniskillin for many years, Marc crossed paths with Max Kaiser, son of industry pioneer Karl Kaiser. In the early years of Fogolar Wine’s creation, the two worked together to develop initial brand design and a longstanding partnership was made. Kaiser Design’s specialization in brand creation focusing on label and website development has allowed us to work alongside their team for the last few years to evolve many of our brands/partners including The Old Tun, Divergence, and Marynissen.
The Kaiser family currently operates Kaiserhaus Wine Bar & Bistro in Port Dalhousie and our relationship has provided us the opportunity to create custom wine for their restaurant.
